Symptom 246: Planet of the...Nope, Time of the Apes.

Wow is this one bad! Sorry to bury the lead, but this just plan sucks. The ape costumes would’ve been fine for the 60s, not 1987, the characters suck, the translators “didn’t care,” and the story is so dumb that a sedated audience couldn’t help it. At least the jokes were good. Army of Ron Pearlman’s, heheheh!
